Online Saver Ticket - Refunds Policy
Refunds of Saver Bus Tickets are only available on tickets of three months’ duration or longer and will be considered upon written request and surrender of the ticket. The amount refunded will depend on the length of validity left on the ticket at the date the ticket is surrendered. Part or whole weeks of use will be charged at the prevailing price of the weekly, four-weekly or three-monthly Saver ticket as appropriate and the remainder will be refunded.
