| Fast Buses Offered To More Passengers |

LONG Eaton’s express bus service to Nottingham is to become even more convenient.
From ‘Easter Tuesday’ the Long Eaton Xprss will pick up at Toton and Chilwell Park’s West Point Shopping Centre on the way into Nottingham.
And on services back to Long Eaton after 4pm, passengers will be picked up in Broadmarsh bus station as well as in Friar Lane.
The Xprss services run by trent barton enhance the famous rainbow 5 service which carries more than four million passengers a year.
Xprss – which started last summer – cuts at least ten minutes off the journey by going direct to the city rather than through Chilwell and Beeston town centre.
Cherryl Holland, the rainbow 5 manager, said: “Passengers on rainbow 5 with two-trip or cash saver tickets to and from Nottingham can now switch free at Long Eaton to take advantage of the faster Xprss services.” |
