Centrelink - new city centre shuttle for Nottingham A brand new shuttle service now runs in Nottingham from 7am to 7pm Monday to Saturday. The service is absolutely free and runs from Broadmarsh bus Station to Victoria Bus Station via the Market Square and Upper Parliament Street.
Roadworks cause severe delays on the harlequin Construction of the Inner Relief Road near Babington Lane in Derby city centre is causing disruption on the harlequin. We are doing all we can to keep buses running but we are experiencing some severe delays. We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience, this situation is clearly beyond our control.
pronto extra weekend night buses to Chesterfield From Friday 16th October the late night buses that run from Nottingham to Mansfield on Friday and Saturday nights will be extended through to Chesterfield. The fare from Chesterfield through to Mansfield will be £3.50.
15 – new times and route to improve reliability From Sunday 25th October the section of route between Wharncliffe Road and Bath Street in Ilkeston will no longer be used. Instead we will use the time saved to give extra running time between Ilkeston and Old Sawley, this will mean slight changes to the timetable with buses running a few minutes later than now. New timetables are available on our website
Villager – new Sunday times on V1 From Sunday 25th October the times of V1 on Sunday will change slightly to improve reliability. New timetables are available on our website
amberline - gets newer buses and goes into IKEA The amberline will be getting newer buses from Sunday 25th October. This means that there'll be more room on board especially for anyone pushing a buggy. The engines will be greener too, with lower emissions which are much kinder to the environment.
From the same date amberline will run into the IKEA Retail Park at Giltbrook every hour. There'll be some minor changes to the timetable too with buses running a minute or two earlier or later than now. New timetables are available on our website
Royal Derby – more buses to London Road Community Hospital From Monday 26th October all journeys from the Royal Derby Hospital will run via the city centre to London Road Community Hospital. Also the diversion to the Park and Ride site will be withdrawn meaning quicker journey times into the city centre. New timetables are available on our website
the nines - every 15 minutes between Ripley and Derby An extra 9.3 bus will run between Ripley and Derby on the nines from Monday 26th October through to the 31st December 2009. This will help is cope with the extra demand for travel on the run up to Christmas. This means there’ll be a bus every 15 minutes in both directions, and don’t forget that the 9.3 runs non-stop via the A38. New timetables are available on our website
the sixes – on Sundays From Sunday 25th October there will be some changes to the 6.1 and 6.3 buses on Sundays.
6.1 on Sundays will be run by trent barton and all buses will run through to Derby from Matlock and Wirksworth. The Sunday timetable will change from the same date, 6.1 will run every 2 hours and departure times will be around 30 minutes later than now. Customers will now be able to travel across Belper on the same bus without having to change, through fares will be available.
6.3 evening on Sundays will see extra buses running from Derby and Belper through to Ripley.
Sunday daytime buses between Belper and Derby will still run every 30 minutes at the same times but please check the new evening times where certain buses have been retimed. New timetables are available on our website.
71 on Sundays The current 71 timetable on Sunday is run by Stagecoach. This will be run by trent barton from Sunday 25th October – there’ll be no changes to the times. |
